(she-her)
My work is centred on supporting individuals, couples, and parents through meaningful life transitions and the emotional realities of caring for themselves and their families. I often work with clients navigating shifts in parenthood, identity, and family roles, seasons that can hold both deep joy and real overwhelm. I offer a space where all parts of that experience are welcome, and where we can make sense of it together.
With couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners reconnect, understand the patterns shaping their interactions, and rebuild a sense of safety, closeness, and trust.
I also support parents adapting to their child’s unique developmental, emotional, or behavioural needs. This can bring a mix of relief, grief, and uncertainty, alongside the practical demands of advocacy and daily life. In our work, there is space for your experience, while also building a deeper understanding of your child’s strengths and needs.
Through a mother-centred lens informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), I support mothers navigating the identity shifts of matrescence, helping you connect with your internal experience, build self-compassion, and find steadiness within the complexity of motherhood.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. Together, we build tools for emotional regulation, strengthen connection in your relationships, and support you in feeling more confident in your parenting and decisions.
Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and understood, so you can move forward with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence.
