(she-her)
With over 7 years of experience in mental health, I specialize in supporting youth and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, work/school stressors, managing emotions, and attachment-related concerns. I am trained in eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed practices. I have extensive experience supporting teenagers and adults in developing self-awareness, value-congruent actions, and problem-solving skills. While passionate about developing individualized strategies, I value exploring the “why” behind a person’s behaviour.
I believe in showing up authentically and creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences, explore different perspectives and develop resilience. As a therapist, I aim to empower clients to gain greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and overall well-being.
