About Us

Specialized services designed to support you and your family

Over 60 years combined experience working with families, children, teens and adults.

Collaborative, transparent, and safe client approach.

We are a team of mental health therapists dedicated to educating our clients and the community about the importance of mental health. We provide transparent specialized therapeutic services which are designed to support you and your family to create a more rich, connected, and meaningful life.

Teen Psychologist

Our approach with children and teens includes a combination of child-friendly therapy strategies in conjunction with parent consultation. After performing an assessment we will help you understand the root of your child's difficulties and provide you with at-home interventions to support you and your family in managing these difficulties. We use developmentally appropriate strategies to help your child express their emotions so they can better manage emotional and behavioural challenges.

Meditation Class

We use our personal experience handling difficult relationships along with a number of proven strategies to help you work through relationship issues. We will help you clarify what's truly important and meaningful to you and help you use that knowledge to set goals and take actions that enrich the relationships in your life. We work closely with individuals, couples, and families experiencing challenges in their relationship(s).

Our assessments provide a comprehensive examination of the strengths and weaknesses of the client. Dependent on the type of assessment completed, you will be able to gain a better understanding of the client's cognitive functioning, academic performance, social-emotional functioning, and/or adaptive functioning. Psychometric testing is conducted in a one-on-one setting with the clinician and the client. Testing sessions are for approximately one to two hours at a time, dependent upon the activities that are being conducted during the session.

Psychology Session

Our team-based approach focuses on acknowledging your disorder while also teaching you how to overcome challenges related to peer interactions, socializing, and performance at work/school/hobbies. Developmental disorders play a major role in our ability to regulate/manage emotions, plan/organize information, and initiate and finish tasks/hobbies/work.

“ Education, for most people, means trying to lead the child to resemble the typical adult of his society...But for me, education means making creators… You have to make inventors, innovators, not comformists.
- Jean Piaget
