Get Clarity on Your Thoughts, Feelings, and Behaviors

Understand the Patterns Behind Your Daily Struggles

Learn How Your Mind Works and How to Support It
A mental health assessment helps you and your clinician understand what might be going on emotionally, mentally, or behaviourally. It’s a way to make sense of symptoms, patterns, or challenges you’ve been experiencing. The process gathers information about your history, current concerns, and how you’re doing day to day.
The goal is to bring clarity whether that means identifying possible diagnoses, exploring support options, or recommending treatment or accommodations at work or school.
Our standard mental health assessment screens for a range of common mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, burnout, and PTSD.
If the questions are more complex (for example, related to ADHD, personality patterns, or co-occurring disorders), additional testing or report writing may be recommended.
