I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Southern California (2014) and received my Master of Arts in Psychology at Boston University (2016). Additionally, I received clinical training from the University of Calgary (2020). I have extensive experience working with families impacted by neurodevelopmental and mental health disorders. I work within a client-centered and strengths-based framework to emphasize areas of accomplishment, while supporting areas of need. I am collaborative in my approach and believe in working together as a team to help support you in reaching your goals.

My assessment skills span the areas of ADHD, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, mental health, and executive functioning challenges. I’m trained primarily in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and have experience with delivering Telepsychology services. I have trained and worked within outpatient mental health clinics, special education settings, and residential Autism Spectrum Disorder treatment programs. I am passionate about providing evidence-based psychoeducation and support to families in the areas of social, emotional, and behavioural regulation and skills development.
