I am a registered psychologist with over 14 years experience serving families, children/teens, and young adults. I specialize with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, coping with stress, depression, self-esteem issues, grief, trauma, friendship troubles, and family conflict and communication. I have worked extensively in non-profit and community mental health to support newcomers, families in reunification, grieving families, and those who have experienced trauma. My work is all about helping you identify and learn how to develop a bulletproof mindset so that you can surf the waves of life and come out on top.
My goal is to work together so you can transform negative self-talk into confidence, clarity & strength; learn how to embrace self-love and step into the spotlight; and finally, teach you how to harness your ability to be vulnerable and open with friends, family, and your partner. strategies, and allow space to practice tools and actions that will move
you towards the life you want to live.
Counselling (therapy) can be a great option if:
