I am a registered psychologist with over 14 years experience serving families, children/teens, and young adults. I specialize with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, coping with stress, depression, self-esteem issues, grief, trauma, friendship troubles, and family conflict and communication. I have worked extensively in non-profit and community mental health to support newcomers, families in reunification, grieving families, and those who have experienced trauma. My work is all about helping you identify and learn how to develop a bulletproof mindset so that you can surf the waves of life and come out on top.

My goal is to work together so you can transform negative self-talk into confidence, clarity & strength; learn how to embrace self-love and step into the spotlight; and finally, teach you how to harness your ability to be vulnerable and open with friends, family, and your partner. If therse are important to you, reach out to me to get started on!!

Young Adults

Supporting young adults working through transitions and changes into adulthood. This may include:

  • Transitions to post-secondary

  • Moves

  • Grief and loss, trauma

  • Changing relationships, etc.

  • Developmental Issues: ADHD, ASD, Attachment Issues

In our work together, we will explore the impact of these events, build coping
strategies, and allow space to practice tools and actions that will move
you towards the life you want to live.

Counselling (therapy) can be a great option if:

  • You notice your teen's motivation is at 0%, their mood is really low, and they are either telling you about their problems or keeping a tight lid on the struggle.

  • You are concerned about their body image, self-esteem, friendships, anxiety and negative thoughts.

  • If you're noticing behaviours in your children that are freaking you out know that a lot of it is normal. But that doesn't make it easy.

I am a Psychologist who specializes in working with teens (and their parents). I teach teens how to:

  • Transform Negative Self-Talk into Confidence, Clarity and Strength.

  • Embrace Self-Love and Step into the Spotlight.

  • Learn Who to let into their squad of BFFs

  • Overcome feelings such as negative, anxious, overwhelming, depressive, and worry.

  • Teens who are dealing with anxiety, coping with stress, depression, self-esteem issues, grief, trauma, friendship troubles, and family conflict and communication
