I have been working with children & adolescents for over fifteen years as a coach, teacher, and psychologist. My specialty is supporting families and couples struggling with communication, conflict, and problem-solving.

Do you offer online group counselling?


The location of our group counselling will be determined later this month. Expect an update soon!




Why is group counselling is important?


  • Group counseling will help your child obtain friendships, manage their emotions, and develop their self-esteem and confidence.
  • Many parents report to us that COVID has had a tremendous impact on their child due to isolation and missed opportunities to connect with other children.
  • Our groups are designed to be non-stigmatizing (hence our group title) and we welcome all suitable candidates to join our groups.




How many people are allowed in one group counselling session?


Groups will be made of 6-8 participants




What are the benefits of group counselling?


Through group therapy, adolescents can communicate in a way that normalizes these feelings and experiences. They are able to learn about themselves, the impact their behavior has on others, and are able to receive feedback from peers.




How much does group counselling cost?


$60 a session for a total of 8 sessions




What are the norms in group counselling?


  • Our group’s norms include group and individual goals, expectations, and responsibilities.
  • We want to develop connections between each group member as they may have similar experiences and build on these connections to develop confidence.
  • Each group member will be working towards the goals of themselves and the group as a whole, for example making new friends, and learning something new about each other.




Who can attend group therapy?


The Connection and Confidence counseling group is focused on helping children and teens build exactly that, connection and confidence.
