My name is Paula Mantilla, and I am the Psychology Administrative Support individual here at McAtee Psychology. I graduated from Mount Royal University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Marketing.

 

I have always been extremely passionate about human behaviour and I thrive in environments that allow me to interact with people on a daily basis. Most of my career has focused on customer service roles, where I have had the opportunity to interact with clients, create strong relationships and ensure a high-quality service.

In addition to being the first point of contact for clients, I also play a vital role in counselling  and assessment screening, billing, scheduling appointments and coordination of clinic documents/resources. I work closely with clients to understand their needs and concerns, offering support and guidance to help them navigate the available therapeutic services. Matching clients with the most suitable clinician is a crucial aspect of my role. Through a thorough understanding of both the client's concerns and the therapists' specializations, I ensure optimal matches.
 

Billing is also an integral part of the administrative process. I handle billing inquiries and address any concerns, fostering a transparent and trustworthy relationship.
