With a background in healthcare administration and several years of experience in medical and optometric settings, I’ve always enjoyed working with people and helping create positive, supportive experiences. As Clinic Coordinator, I help keep the day-to-day operations of the clinic running smoothly while also being one of the people clients can turn to when they need assistance. Clients may interact with me when they contact the clinic, need help with scheduling or administrative questions, or simply need some guidance on what comes next. I know that reaching out for psychological services can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I try to make the administrative side of the experience as straightforward, welcoming, and stress-free as possible. Behind the scenes, I also support our clinicians and team by keeping things organized, running smoothly, coordinating information, and looking for ways to improve our processes. My goal is to help create an environment where both clients and clinicians feel supported.
